2024 Game Day Employee - Merchandise Associate

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Merchandise Management in preparing all merchandise areas for business during the game
  • Serving our fans as they select different merchandise items
  • Operating a cash register, assisting fans with check out
  • Selling programs at our concourse Program Stand and ‘hawking’ merchandise throughout the seating bowl
  • Help close the gift shop/stand/portable at the end of the game
  • Should be able to answer fan questions in a friendly and polite manner
  • Possess general knowledge of Victory Field
  • A strong customer service background is helpful

Minimum Qualifications:

Highly-motivated, energetic individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with fans.

 

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service, people and relationship skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-pace and stressful environment
  • Ability to operate a computer and learn how to use cash register
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions; must have basic math skills
  • Ability to stand for up to 3+ hours, and lift up to 50 lbs. is helpful, but not necessary
  • Ability to work weekends, week days, week nights and holidays

Compensation:

$10.00 hourly; estimated 4-6 hours per shift.
