Essential Functions:

• Assist with preparing and stocking all equipment for each team's dugout including balls, bats, batting helmets, water coolers, cups, towels, and other equipment
• Assist with retrieving balls that exit the field during batting practice when needed 
• Retrieve bats and distribute balls to the umpires during games
• Collect and remove all equipment from dugouts post-game
• Assist with cleaning the home clubhouse, equipment, and other player areas

Duties may include helping load equipment after a homestand.  Your supervisor may also assign additional duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years old
• Have reliable transportation

Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of baseball and the flow of the game
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including cold, wind, rain and heat
• Ability to follow directions and work independently in a team environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Compensation:

$10.00 hourly; estimated 4-6 hours per shift.
