Location: Indianapolis, IN

Status: Seasonal, part-time; Non-exempt

Effective dates: March 27 – September 19, 2026


Position Summary

It is our goal to make our guests’ experiences at Victory Field as pleasant and as enjoyable as possible, this includes our players, staff, visiting teams and umpires. To achieve this, our employees need to be professional, courteous, pleasant, reliable, dependable and well groomed. Our employees should be willing to go above and beyond to help make our guests feel welcome and should always have a smile on their face.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with the selection, purchase, and printing/downloading of their tickets
  • Provide guidance on digital ticketing aspects
  • Ability to answer fan questions in a friendly, polite and informative manner
  • Be a frontline of communication for patrons; a strong customer service background is helpful
  • Possess general knowledge of Victory Field

Other Duties

  • Additional duties may include operating check-in tables for promotional ticket packages (i.e., Bark in the Park, Father’s Day).
  • Duties may also include filling in other positions as needed.  Your supervisor may also assign additional duties.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly-motivated, energetic individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with fans
  • Excellent customer service, people and relationship skills
  • Ability to operate a computer and learn ticketing system
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Must have basic math skills (count and give correct change)
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, days, weekends, and holidays


Compensation

$11.00 hourly; estimated 2-5 hours per shift
